Terms of Service – Concierge Coverage

By subscribing to Wide World of News Concierge Coverage (the “Newsletter”), you (“Subscriber”) agree to the following terms:

1. License and Permitted Use

  • The Newsletter, including all articles, reports, images, videos, and other materials (“Content”), is the intellectual property of Wide World of News LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

  • We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not, without prior written consent from Wide World of News LLC:

  • Copy, reproduce, republish, post, or distribute any Content in any format (including email, print, or social media).

  • Share your subscriber access, unique links, or login credentials with any other individual or organization.

  • Use the Content to create derivative works, reports, presentations, or products for commercial purposes.

3. Watermarking and Subscriber Identification

  • Certain Content may be watermarked with your name, email address, subscriber ID, or other identifiers to help identify the source of any unauthorized sharing.

  • This watermark may be visible or embedded invisibly.

  • You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any watermark or identifying mark.

4. Expiring Links and Access Control

  • Subscriber-only links may be time-limited or restricted to specific devices or IP addresses.

  • Expired links will require a new access request, which may be granted at our discretion.

5. Tracking and Audit

  • Access to Content may be logged and monitored to detect unusual activity, such as mass downloads, multiple IP logins, or excessive link sharing.

  • If suspicious activity is detected, we may suspend or terminate your subscription without refund pending investigation.

3. Confidentiality

  • Certain Content may be marked as “Confidential” or “Subscriber-Only.” You agree to treat all such Content as confidential and to take reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access or distribution.

4. Enforcement

Unauthorized use or distribution of the Content may result in:

  • Immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

  • Legal action, including claims for damages and injunctive relief.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All rights, title, and interest in and to the Content remain the exclusive property of Wide World of News LLC.

  • Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted here on our website, and continued subscription constitutes acceptance of any changes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
